good location, 10 min walk to the river, it is also a walking distance to the city, the room spacious, clean, good card lock system, large parking space behind......Ashley Hotel itself has a good and comfortable facility, the lady who served at the breakfast table was very friendly and polite. このホテルは川まですぐで市内にも歩いて行くのが可能です。部屋は広く、清潔で、カードキーシステムのセキュリティーがあり、裏には広い駐車場がありました。ロケーションや設備的といったハード面ではある程度の基準以上、整っていると思います。

The facility wise, we had no problem with this hotel, but the real problem is that they lack the information. We needed to check in at Arundel House Hotel, which we only had guessed by reading the others' reviews. But it was true! This special check-in procedure should have been mentioned on their front page! When we arrived Ashley Hotel, the interphone at the front doot that was supposed to be connected to Arundel House Hotel never worked. We rang, then we were told to come there to check in. Arundel House Hotel is about 650 meters away locating on the same street, for us having a car, no problem, but for those who doesn't with a lot of luggage, it would be a big trouble. このホテルの問題面は「説明不足」だと思います。Arundel House Hotelという親ホテルまで行ってチェックインしないといけないようだということは、他の方のレビューを読んで「推測」はしたものの、やはりそれは事実でした。Ashley Hotelについて、玄関のインターフォンはArundel House Hotelにつながると書いてあったので、何度も押しましたが、つながりません。仕方なく電話をすると「このホテルまでチェックインに来て下さい」と言われました。６５０メートル離れた同じ通りに面していて、私たちは車だったので問題ありませんでしたが、それ以外なら、荷物を持って往復するのは大変だと思います。このチェックインのシステムを最初からちゃんと説明すべきだと思います Ashley Hotel is an unmandded hotel, which we at first thought ''no problem', but the night we stayed, one of the other guests started making a lot of noise by shouting, swearing, banging the doors, running in the corridor like crazy in the middle of the night. I was not sure if I should call the police or Arundel Hotel, and it lasted about 1~2 hours until 4 o'clock in the morning. For this reason, I thought I would have felt more comfortable if there was a hotel staff in the same premises. スタッフがいないホテルなことは「問題ない」と思ったのですが、泊った夜に騒ぎがありました。宿泊客の一人が喧嘩でもしていたようで、夜中にどなり声をあげ、廊下を走ったり、ドアをドンドンと叩いたりしてそれが２時間は続き、安眠できませんでした。こういう場合、やはりホテルにちゃんとスタッフがいると安心だと思いました。
